nspire respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond to valid takedown notices and remove or disable access to infringing material.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dollanaire@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The URL or station identifying the material to remove.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district where we may be found if outside the U.S.); and your signature. If we do not receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be terminated.
