Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nspire radio, nspire studio, and the Co-Producer tools (together, the "Service"), operated by nspire ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you listen to AI-generated radio stations, create your own stations with AI hosts and AI-generated audio, request and generate music, and purchase digital credits used inside the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and is under active development; features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase credits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent limits or security controls.

3. Credits and purchases

• Credits are a prepaid, in-Service balance used to pay for generation features. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been spent; unspent credits from an erroneous charge will be reviewed case by case — contact us.
• Free promotional credits may be granted, adjusted, or expired at our discretion.
• If a generation fails on our side after you were charged credits, contact us and we will re-credit your balance.

4. Your content

• You may upload audio, images, links, and text ("Your Content") to build stations. You keep ownership of Your Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, analyze, and publicly perform Your Content solely to operate the Service (for example, playing your uploads on your station and letting your AI host reference them).
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you upload. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, including copyrighted recordings, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Content marked members-only or never-use in your station brain is honored by the Service's permission system, but you should not upload anything you cannot afford to have disclosed.

5. AI-generated content

• Music, speech, personalities, and text produced by the Service are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to other generated outputs. AI hosts are fictional characters; their statements are not factual claims or advice.
• Subject to these Terms and to the terms of our upstream AI providers, we assign to you the rights we hold in AI outputs generated at your request. You are responsible for your use of outputs, including verifying that your use complies with applicable law.
• You may not use the Service to generate content that impersonates a real person in a misleading way, infringes third-party rights, or is illegal.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk generation, rate-limit evasion, or reselling of Service output as a competing generation API.
• No attempts to access other users' accounts, stations, wallets, or data.
• No uploading malware or interfering with the operation of the Service.

7. Copyright complaints

We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA. See our DMCA policy for how to file a notice or counter-notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
