nspire radio
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This policy explains what nspire ("we", "us") collects when you use nspire radio, nspire studio, and Co-Producer (the "Service"), and how it is used.
1. What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, optional profile avatar, and a hashed password (authentication is handled by Supabase; Google sign-in shares your Google account email with us).
- Content you provide — station settings, uploaded audio/images/links, chat messages, requests, and voice samples you record for voice cloning.
- Usage and billing data — credit balance and a ledger of credit movements, purchase records (payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number), station listening activity, and standard server logs including IP address and browser user agent.
- Cookies — session cookies used solely to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: playing stations, generating content you request, maintaining your library and wallet.
- To process content through AI providers (e.g. language, music, and speech models). Content you submit for generation is sent to those providers to fulfill your request.
- To send transactional email (account confirmation, password reset, receipts). We do not sell your data or send marketing without consent.
- To protect the Service: rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: hosting providers, Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), and the AI model providers that fulfill generation requests. Each receives only what is required for its function. We may disclose data if required by law.
4. Voice cloning
Voice samples you record are used only to create the station voice you requested. Do not upload recordings of another person's voice without their permission.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and content data are retained while your account is active. Purchase and ledger records are retained as required for accounting. To delete your account and associated content, email us at the address below and we will action it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS; session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure; access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — use a unique password.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; changes will be posted here with a new date.
